Holly is a champion of design thinking and life-centered design. She has a passion for using strategic design to solve real-world challenges. Since graduating with her master’s degree in design management from Pratt Institute of Design in 2010, she has been leading cross-functional teams across design disciplines and industries.

Holly is available to design and facilitate workshops in the design thinking and innovation spaces and has been doing so nationwide for groups, universities and organizations since 2019. For the past year, Holly has been a Teaching, Learning & Technology Specialist in the UW-Madison M.S. in Design + Innovation program where she has taught design thinking for transformation and capstone classes. Holly's superhero alter ego is her position of "mom" to two boisterous little girls who help her, and her husband, practice their patience. empathy, and project management skills.
